Maintaining precise poly(A) tail length is critical for producing highly functional mRNA. The poly(A) sequence, encoded within the Template DNA, is susceptible to truncation by bacterial cellular processes during DNA amplification.

GeneFab has meticulously developed a process that addresses this challenge. We reliably generate hundreds of milligrams of Template DNA, with poly(A) sequences shortened by ≤ 5% – a testament to our stringent control. This precise poly(A) length is maintained by closely tracking lengths throughout the entire Template DNA expansion process: from initial colony selection and cell bank creation, through the seed train, and culminating in final production
